PlainID's Amazon API Gateway Authorizer extends the Policy Access Enforcement to your Amazon API Gateway. PlainID’s latest Authorizer enables dynamic, fine-grained, real-time, and identity-aware access policy enforcement.

Your Authorization Policies in the Authorization Platform use Identity information obtained from the IDP JWT (JSON Web Token), and external Data Sources (via PlainID's PIP Service).

Protected digital assets can be either the API itself (API URI/Path), an object that the user is trying to access/modify/create via the API or a combination of both cases.
