The August 2025 version release of the Platform includes product enhancements, UI/UX updates, and bug fixes.


SaaS Authorization Management

  • Vendor Flags: Enhanced visibility in Manage Mode with clear flags for Policies pending deployment, ensuring alignment between vendor and PlainID Policies.

  • Scheduled Deployment: Automated, scheduled deployments keep Policies in sync with vendors, ensuring consistency, reducing manual work, and minimizing errors. This maintains all Policies for reliable, seamless service.

SQL Database Authorizer

  • Data Mappers: The Authorizer now supports Data Mappers, creating a powerful bridge between the physical and logical data layers. This enables consistent Policy logic across Data sources, allowing you to reuse the same objects for multiple data entry instances, reducing duplication and simplifying maintenance.

  • The SQL Authorizer now supports integration with external Secret Management services. This enhancement allows secure, dynamic retrieval of sensitive values.

LangChain Authorizer

PlainID now supports the LangChain Authorizer for Policy Based Security of Agentic AI. This component allows for integration from the LangChain Agentic AI to PlainID to enforce Access Control Policies in real time. This ensures every interaction, whether asking questions, accessing data, or receiving masked responses, protects sensitive information and maintains compliance.

Scope Credentials

Limits for Scope Credentials, including Scope Secret Keys and JWT settings, have been increased.


Policy Authorization Agent (PAA)

This release includes security enhancements for the PAA.
