PlainID now supports Google BigQuery as a Policy Orchestration Point, enabling fine-grained, centralized access Policy enforcement and allowing users to define and manage access Policies in the PlainID Platform.

  • Snowflake key-pair authentication now supports passphrase-encrypted private keys, extending the existing RSA key-pair flow to meet enterprise security requirements.

  • Policy Authoring now includes Null and Not Null operator support for Snowflake and Databricks, enabling more precise data access Policies.

  • Apigee and AWS Authorizers now support returning the Authorization decision JWT alongside the Permit policy for downstream consumption.

  • The IDP Token Enrichment Service now supports flexible response mode configuration, allowing applications to receive either a User Access Token or a Resolution response.

PIP OAuth Assertion Flow

PlainID now supports the JWT Bearer grant type within the OAuth Assertion flow, enabling external workloads to securely exchange third-party tokens for access.
