PlainID is launching Policy 360°, a dynamic, multi-view interface that brings a comprehensive perspective to Policy management. It highlights not only the relationships between identities and Assets, but also the context and dependencies around them. Key benefits include:

Secret Management
Secret Stores have now been enhanced in the Platform, simplifying setup and integration with External Secret Stores used by PAA Services. This enhancement also extends External Secret Store capabilities to POP for authenticating with customer POP vendors.

SaaS Authorization Management

• Ensure full control of Policy deployments with two new synchronization methods in the POP Scheduler: Deploy All and Safe Deploy Policies.

• Added support for specifying which columns are represented as Identity Attributes when configuring Identity Sources, providing greater flexibility in identity management setup.

• New metrics reflecting POP Synchronization are now available on the Environment Dashboard, enhancing visibility and Policy governance.

Policy Custom Attributes

Policy Custom Attributes can now be set as Global or Local, improving flexibility and accuracy, ensuring precise metadata handling during Import processes to higher Environments.

Calculated Functions

PlainID has added a new Calculated Function, SetCompare, which enhances Policy logic and flexibility by enabling comparisons between attributes and sets of values that allow rules based on whether sets are equal or one set is contained in another.
